Pyramid Head: Pyramid Head is special to Nursey, she forces him to do a lot of things that he doesn’t want to [like learn ballroom dancing with her and help her find things] but she really does care for him and likes to spend quality time with him. Often she hits him in the helmet with her pipe, pulls him down to her by the hatch in it and somehow she gets away with it. She has no doubt that if she was in trouble and the other nurses couldn’t get to her he wouldn’t hesitate to step in.
Valtiel: He’s her buddy and a bit of a romantic interest of hers, just like Pyramid Head he holds a special place in Nursey’s heart assuming she has one. She likes to hang out with him but she doesn’t force him to do things with/for her like Pyramid Head.
Other Nurses: They’re Nursey’s family, her friends and her back up. If any one of them are in trouble they just have to call out and the entire mob comes. They’re much like sisters and are starting a bowling league, though they aren’t very good at throwing the ball thanks to their compromised sense of gravity.
Sinners: It’s the job of all the monsters to punish the Sinners that become trapped in Silent Hill, Alessa is the one that charged them with this job and most of them take great pleasure in it.
Groaners: Groaners, as well as the other dog-like creatures in Silent Hill, are the closest thing to be considered pets by the other monsters. They are very intelligent and can be very cruel towards Sinners.
Alessa: The God of the town and the being that directs the monsters to the sinners to be punished.
